These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Goldzen Cleaning Services LLC (“Goldzen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Goldzen Cleaning Services LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County, Utah. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in / Move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Recurring cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Office and Airbnb cleaning

Services are performed according to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes are based on information provided by the client, including property size, condition, and requested services. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from the information provided or if additional services are requested.

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Failure to provide access may result in a lockout fee or service cancellation.

Arrival times are estimated service windows and may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous service durations.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, same-day changes, or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Secure pets during service
  • Remove or secure valuables and fragile items
  • Disclose hazards or special instructions in advance
  • Provide access to electricity and water

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange a focused re-clean of the affected areas within the original scope of work.

7. Limitations of Service

  • Mold remediation
  • Biohazard cleanup
  • Pest control
  • Hoarding cleanup

We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless previously agreed.

8. Liability

Goldzen Cleaning Services LLC is insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improperly secured items
  • Undisclosed fragile items

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Website Use

All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

Goldzen reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for violations of these Terms, unsafe working conditions, harassment of staff, or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
